Maitland is a gorgeous, sweet boy that looks just like his beautiful mother.
Before arriving in BFF care he had never been handled by people before but he’s quickly learning how nice it is to be part of a family.
Maitland is very shy and will hide from strangers but once you’ve earned his trust you will have a wonderful companion.
Even though he’s not a lap cat and will avoid cuddles as much as possible, he still wants to be close to his people. He will follow you around pouncing at your feet, and will happily sit next to you at dinner time or while you’re watching TV.
Maitland is full of energy! He loves to play and wrestle with his brother. He often has the zoomies and will race around the house as fast as he can. He loves to climb and loves having shelves and tall cat trees to play on.
He would love a home with his brother, Deetz, or a home with other kitty friends to play with.
He might not be an affectionate cat, but he’s still a very lovely boy that will keep you entertained.
