About:

Lockie is a character with his big Disney eyes looking up at you.
 
He is usually the first to try and escape his foster room and has no hesitation in running up to the “big kids” in his foster house expecting them to engage is some fun. If they don’t, it’s ok – he will wander off to find something else to do.
 
He has also designated himself the resident fly catcher, and will spin and twist as he jumps in the air to grab one. His stalking skills also are no match for a scrunched up piece of paper either!
