Agnetha – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Agnetha
DOB : 14/03/2026
Gender : Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
To Adopt : 260
Location: Caboolture
Snuggle scope: Warms quickly to new people and loves attention
Cat scope: Good with other cats
Dog scope: Untested
Child scope: Prefer an older or quieter child, experienced with all ages and good with gentle hands.

About:

Agnetha is an affectionate sweetheart who lives for attention.

The second you walk into the room, she will twine around your ankles. While she loves her food, she loves pats even more. She tolerates a cuddle but she is a bundle of energy so it’s play and pets for her. She loves to rub on and nibble your shoes.

Agnetha wants to be your closest little companion in everything you do. Full of curiosity and confidence, as you move around the house, she will be right there by your side. She has a wonderful balance of sweet warmth and a happy attitude, making her a total charmer.

Agnetha would thrive in a home where she can receive plenty of daily attention. She needs to move and be challenged a little. Bright cats get into mischief without alternate activities. She would love a forever home that will indulge her love of affection and playfulness.

Until recently Agnetha and her siblings lived outside without human care. This means that litter training and introductions to new house rules has to be careful and deliberate. Currently, these kittens show signs of inappropriate toileting when they are over excited, though it is early days. This means a perfect home might be hard to find until we can figure out the whys.

All of these beauties are full of energy and would do well with a stimulating, interesting environment to reduce their excess energy.

Please note: As all our cats live in foster homes, a completed Meet & Greet application is required before we can arrange a visit- meet’n’greet form.

Anni-Frid – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Anni-Frid
DOB : 14/03/2026
Gender : Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
To Adopt : 260
Location: Caboolture
Snuggle scope: Warms quickly to new people and loves attention
Cat scope: Good with other cats
Dog scope: Untested
Child scope: Prefer an older or quieter child, experienced with all ages and good with gentle hands.

About:

Anni-Frid is a total sweetheart and a gentle soul with the cutest, softest meow you have ever heard.

She is a little shy and prefers to take things slowly when meeting new friends. She likes to quietly observe her surroundings while she gets her bearings and builds up her confidence.

Don’t leave her to decide completely though, the more pats she receives the sooner she comes out of her shell and starts rubbing up against your legs.
As soon as she is more familiar and trusts you, her affectionate side completely blossoms – along with her playfulness! It won’t be long until she ready to be swept up into your arms for cozy cuddles and warm attention. Winning over her sweet, cautious heart is an incredibly rewarding experience.

Anni-Frid would thrive in a home that doesn’t mind her being shy at first and needing some extra time to be certain of new friends and surroundings. She would love a gentle family who will respect her boundaries, offer plenty of soft reassurance and then smother her with love, pats and games.

Until recently Anni-frid and her siblings lived outside without human care. This means that litter training and introductions to new house rules has to be careful and deliberate. Currently, these kittens show signs of inappropriate toileting when they are over excited, though it is early days. This means a perfect home might be hard to find until we can figure out the whys.

Libby – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Libby
DOB : 06/03/2026
Gender : Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
To Adopt : 260
Location: Kallangur
Snuggle scope: Loves people
Cat scope: Great, needs a kitty companion
Dog scope: Fine with correct introductions
Child scope: Not recommended for young children

About:

Meet Libby: Small Cat, Massive Personality, Zero Chill.

If there’s action, Libby is in it. If there’s a quiet moment, Libby will fill it. She doesn’t believe in personal space, mostly because she has never met a person she didn’t immediately love, and always assumes the feeling is mutual (it will be). She loves to wander around the house with you, cuddle up on the couch, and sleep curled into your neck or wrapped around your head as soon as the house is quiet. Life is an adventure for Libby, even the most boring of tasks are an opportunity to assist with an exploratory paw tap or enthusiastic sniff.

Anything is a toy. She thinks bottle caps are Michelin-star entertainment. A cardboard box is basically Disneyland. She is, delightfully, a cheap date. Libby gets along beautifully with other cats, she’ll play if they’re into it, and back off if they’re not, showing more social awareness than some humans. She does need feline company in her forever home, because Libby left alone is a Libby who mopes and yowls like a sick giraffe. Nobody wants that.

The Fine Print (Read This Bit, It Matters)

Libby has some quirks, and we’d rather you know them now than be surprised later. She deserves a home that’s ready for exactly who she is, so a cat savvy household would be perfect.

She takes food VERY seriously.

Picture the Gremlins. Now picture feeding them after midnight. That’s Libby, anytime food appears. She fixates hard, and if she’s interrupted mid-meal-mission, she can get a little grumpy about it. She needs a household with a predictable feeding routine and a separate space where she can eat undisturbed, and where she can hang out while her humans (and other pets) eat theirs, drama-free.

She’s still learning how to play without spikes.

Libby was quarantined early on for some health issues (fully resolved now!), which meant she missed out on litter-mate lessons in “how hard is too hard” She’s not aggressive, she’s just enthusiastic and still working on her manners, and she is improving with age and consistent redirection. For now though, this means she’s best suited to a home without small children, as they could end up accidentally scratched or nipped during play.

She is, functionally, a leg koala.

When Libby gets the zoomies, she doesn’t just like being underfoot, she likes being on foot. She’ll wrap herself around your ankle mid-stride, and if you’re in long pants, she may scale you entirely and ride your shoulders like you’re her noble steed. Deeply charming if you’re into that type of attention. Also a genuine tripping hazard, so she’s not the right fit for anyone unsteady on their feet or at a higher risk of falls.

Under Vet advice, Libby is currently taking an affordable, natural, over the counter calming supplement to help her grow into her energy a little more peacefully. We recommend continuing this during the transition into her forever home, but it is not necessarily something she will need long-term.

About:

Mickey is a slightly reserved little gentleman who takes a moment to warm up to new friends.

Within a few minutes he allows pats and even brief cuddles. He has a quiet nature (for a kitten) despite his age and seems as though he will be a sweet snuggly boy when he gets older. He is also a little observer who enjoys watching his surroundings, he loves to window shop and chatter at the birds.
He absolutely loves making biscuits to show you he is happy and will roll around asking for pets.

Mickey would thrive with a family who will offer him a calm space to bloom and plenty of cozy spots for relaxing together with you.

Xanthe – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Xanthe
DOB : 20/06/2026
Gender : Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
To Adopt : 260
Location: Carindale
Snuggle scope: Very! A bottle baby
Cat scope: Good after intro
Dog scope: Good after intro
Child scope: Untested, should be great with cat savvy kids

About:

Xanthe was raised in care as a bottle baby and is a gorgeously confident and cuddly kitten.

She loves her cuddles and being held, and will often go around making sure she gets cuddles from everyone in the family, and loves being held – all the better to rub into your face and purr in your ear.

Xanthe does have a little bit of sass – while she is generally very confident, she can sometimes get a bit overwhelmed when there’s a lot of new things going on – new location/home, new animals etc – and lets everyone know that she needs a little time to herself with some grumbles and a hiss or two.

She just needs a little quiet time to get used to the changes, to make friends if there’s new animals, then she’s back to wanting ALL the cuddles and playing like a crazy kitten. She loves playing with all her toys and wrestling with her brother and is often the rough and tumble queen.

Xanthe has met other cats/kittens, as well as small and big dogs, and while she will at first get a bit overwhelmed with them, after a short introduction period she is good. Xanthe hasn’t met any kids, but she would likely do great with kids as long as they listen if she gets overwhelmed.

Please note: As all our cats live in foster homes, a completed Meet & Greet application is required before we can arrange a visit- meet’n’greet form.

Yowie – Male DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Yowie
DOB : 20/06/2026
Gender : Male
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
To Adopt : 260
Location: Carindale
Snuggle scope: Extreme! Bottle baby personified
Cat scope: Good after intro
Dog scope: Good after intro
Child scope: Untested, should be great with cat savvy kids

About:

Yowie was raised in care as a bottle baby, and he lives up to the stereotype.

He is the biggest baby and while he is often happy to nap by himself/with a kitty friend, he also strongly believes in contact naps and that being held should be a default state of being.

Be warned, if you’re sitting down with him he will sometimes jump/climb to get to your shoulder/face, when he just NEEDS snuggles. Personal space? That’s shared right?

He frequently seeks out snuggles to rub his face into yours. Sometimes at all hours, though he is learning to sleep on the bed with humans like a normal cat, sometimes.

Yowie also loves his food and is a quick learner at meal times. He loves racing about and wrestling with his sister, but she usually wins when it comes to the rough and tumble wrestling.

Yowie has met other cats/kittens as well as small and big dogs and is great with all of them after an introduction. He hasn’t met any children, but he is generally such a confident and cuddly kitten that he should do well with kids of any ages.

Please note: As all our cats live in foster homes, a completed Meet & Greet application is required before we can arrange a visit- meet’n’greet form.
