Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $185
Location: Browns Plains
Snuggle scope:  A bit shy at first
Cat scope: Plays well with others

Child scope: Would be fine with gentle, calm children

About:

Sweet and Playful: Primrose has a gentle and playful nature.

She’s the kind of companion who would enjoy cuddling up for a quiet afternoon as much as she loves chasing toys or exploring the world around her.

A Little Reserved: Like many, Primrose might be a bit shy when meeting new people. But with a little patience and kindness, her sweet personality will shine through. She’ll enjoy a gentle game of fetch or a soft scratch behind the ears to help her feel more comfortable.

Balanced Personality: Primrose has a lovely balance between being active and cuddly. She understands the importance of playtime, whether it’s a fun chase or a stimulating puzzle. And just as much, she appreciates the value of a good nap to recharge and dream sweet dreams.

Raditz – Female DLH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Raditz
DOB: 02/09/2022
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Long Hair
Adoption Fee: $185
Location: Caboolture
Snuggle scope: Affectionate on her own terms. Raditz enjoys closeness, pats, and shared space, but chooses when and how — think “next to you” rather than “on you,” with occasional bursts of floofy affection
Cat scope: Tolerates other cats who respect boundaries; she prefers calm, independent companions and her own space.
Dog scope: Fine with well-mannered, non-intrusive dogs.
Child scope: Best with quiet, cat-savvy older children. Avoids toddlers and high-energy little ones.

About:

✨ Meet Raditz – Mega Floof, Mastermind & Quiet Companion ✨

Raditz is a glorious mega-floof with brains to match her beauty. Energetic, intelligent, and wonderfully nimble, she’s a true sticky-beak who loves to observe everything happening around her. She enjoys being involved in your day — quietly supervising, playing with interactive toys, or challenging her clever mind with puzzle feeders.

While Raditz can tolerate other cats and dogs, she prefers they leave her to her own space. She isn’t a social butterfly with her animal housemates, but she won’t fight — she just ignores them while she goes about her business.

💛 Her happy place
Raditz thrives in a calm, low-noise home. She is happiest when life isn’t chaotic, with plenty of quiet corners to retreat to when she wants some peace. She does best away from the unpredictability and hustle that children often bring, and would shine in a home where she can relax and feel safe.

💛 One-on-one time is magic
She absolutely shines during one-on-one time. Raditz is playful, clever, and loves enrichment activities that keep her mind engaged. Interactive toys, puzzle feeders, and human attention are her happy place. She’ll happily follow you from room to room, supervising your day with quiet curiosity.

She adores novelty so may be well suited to outdoor harness training.

💛 A note on sensitivity
Raditz has experienced a few stressful moments in her life — once after returning from another foster home, and once during a time when another cat in her home was unwell and disruptive. In both cases, she temporarily toileted outside the tray due to insecurity, not habit.

With patience, a quiet space, and gentle reintroduction, she quickly settled and returned to her relaxed, belly-up, blissed-out self.

If you’re looking for a clever, affectionate companion who will reward patience with trust, loyalty, and quiet companionship, Raditz could be your perfect match.

Raquelle – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Raquelle
DOB: 31/10/24 Born on Halloween!
Gender: Female
Breed: DSH
Adoption Fee: $185
Location: Capalaba
Snuggle scope: Not snuggly but will obsess over you
Cat scope: Prefers not, but may adapt with time
Dog scope: With time perhaps – prepare for your dog to be chased
Child scope: Cat savvy kids only; recommend 12+

About:

In 14 years of fostering rescue cats — hundreds passing through our home — we’ve finally uncovered a brand-new breed we’d only heard rumours of: the mock-certified pedigree Fur Goblin.

Yes, we know that’s not a real thing. And yet, here she is: Raquelle.

Living with Raquelle is like sharing your home with an exotic animal. Sometimes you’ll debate whether to pat her with welding gloves or feed her with snake tongs. It’s thrilling, it’s entertaining, and occasionally you’ll question your life choices — but that’s the joy of owning a Fur Goblin.

Of course, she’s not all chaos. She’s deeply affectionate: she kneads biscuits with her tongue poking out, claims the sink while you brush your teeth, and launches herself over the shower screen just to be close to you.

She also enjoys the company of other cats and fits in beautifully with feline companions — she just likes to keep the upper paw.

For clarity:
• She is not unpredictable.
• She is not aggressive.
• She does not ambush from behind doors or attack your toes in bed.

What she does is blur the line between “you are my person” and “you are possibly a snack.” Depending on her hunger levels, she’ll either slow-blink you into submission or latch onto your hand in a playful reminder that affection is always… negotiable.

One small warning: don’t leave valuables lying around. Cash, paperwork, grandma’s ashes — all fair game. If it matters to you, she’ll consider it enrichment.

In our house, Raquelle is respected. The cats enjoy her company, the dogs tremble, and the humans laugh (sometimes nervously). She’s not just another black cat — she’s a sentinel, a presence, a legend in her own time.

If you’ve got a sharp sense of humour, a tolerance for mild chaos, and the ability to laugh your way through the next 15+ years — Raquelle is waiting.

Regia – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Regia
DOB: 15/11/2023
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $185
Location: Everton Park
Snuggle scope: Loves to snuggle up on her human’s lap.
Cat scope: Will be fine with calm cats with correct introductions
Dog scope: Untested.
Child scope: Untested. Should be OK with children over 12 – not suited to noisy homes

About:

Do you often just stare into the void? Well what if that void not only stared back at you but enjoyed lap cuddles, chin scritches and smooching around your ankles?

Definitely an upgrade on the standard void! Meet Regia. Regia came into care from a regional Qld pound with her siblings, all in terrible condition and terrified.

She was skinny, partially shaved after being treated for fleas and she had brown ‘fever coat’, a condition where black cats fur is brown due to malnutrition in Mum at birth.

Since arriving with her carer she has blossomed into the most beautiful, sleek, jet black, sweetest little house panther there ever was. Although Regia is quiet aside from her cute little trills, she has always been the most confident of her siblings and even on her first day in care she climbed onto her carer’s lap for cuddles. Despite all that this little lady has been through, she still sought out love from her human and now routinely takes over the lap every morning while her carer has coffee.

Regia has a quirky little tail that sits off to the right, we think from either being broken in her very early life, or maybe like Lady Gaga she was just born this way. It causes her no issues and its still just as expressive as any other kitteh tail.

Although she’s still quiet compared to her brother, she still loves to play with toys, participate in chasey and a bit of kitten rough and tumble. She’s always interested in whatever you’re doing and will trot over to you to see if she can supervise/help. She’s proven herself to be a wonderful work from home buddy, warming her carer’s lap and inspecting all the paperwork on the desk. Regia has no issues at all with other cats in her house and with slow and gentle introductions she could be a wonderful baby sister to any loving feline.

If you have room in your home and heart for this little lady she will reward you with unconditional love. Despite having such a rough start to life and being neglected by humans, her carer has shown her we aren’t all bad and there is so much joy to be had being a loved cat with a full belly in a safe and warm household.

Reishi – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Reishi (pronounced Ray-Shee)
DOB: 19/05/2020
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $185
Location: Manly West
Snuggle Scope: Enjoys head and body scratches
Cat Scope: Friendly with all cats after careful introduction
Dog Scope: Untested
Child Scope: Untested, better suited for quiet teens and above

About:

Reishi is a stunning girl, her black coat shines a red tinge in the sunlight and she has a little salt spray of odd white hairs all over.

Reishi is certainly a timid girl, she spooks easily so her meets might entail her hiding in her hammock while her carer tells you how great she is once she’s comfortable in her space!

This little lady doesn’t tend to approach for cuddles, but if she sees her cat siblings getting some love she will rush over and strut by slowly for a pat. Once you start patting, she will flop her beautiful self on the floor and roll around purring, loving it up until your arms are sore!

With careful introductions, Rei loves her feline siblings hard, smooches them, plays and cuddles up to them. She will certainly need a cat friend to give her confidence and have her beautiful little self blossom in your home.

Once he’s done playing you will often see him cuddled up next to one of his cat friends or with one of his humans purring happily. He is generally though a very chill and quiet cat and often you’ll turn around and it’s like he has just magically appeared in the room ready for action!

Sunny – Male DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Sunny
DOB: 29/03/2024
Gender: Male
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $185
Location: Carindale
Snuggle scope: Very snuggly
Cat scope: Great
Dog scope: Good
Child scope: Good
Vet work: Complete
Medical note: Sunny had an eye ulcer caused by cat flu. There is a possibility that an ulcer could reoccur during a flu flare up when stressed, which may require a course of antivirals and eye drops to manage. The vet also noticed he had a very small incipient cataract in his right eye, which doesn’t require treatment yet, but will need a yearly recheck (September).

About:

Meet Sunny, with a bright and friendly personality to match his name!

His gorgeous amber eyes will zero in on you as he searches for his snuggles, but he doesn’t rely on his ‘kitten cat’ eyes to melt your heart, he’ll go straight for the head butt and snuggle in.

Hard to believe, but Sunny was once a shy mummy’s boy, until one day he realised people could also provide him with cuddles and attention – he quickly decided this was the best thing ever.

He can sometimes still be a little head shy with strangers, but booty scratches usually help him warm up to you. But he is an absolute sticky beak and needs to see what’s going on when there’s visitors in his home, and usually ends up hanging around to observe even if the people aren’t there for him.

He’s an awesome ‘puppy cat’ and knows his name and will come trotting up when called and give you a little trill as if to say ‘I heard my name?’

He loves to bounce and run around playing and wrestling with his friends, and is known in his foster home for his “speedy boy” moments – the zoomies he usually gets around meal times where he will dart in and out of the room, sometimes with the cutest sound effect.

He makes friends pretty easily with similar aged friendly cats and also the younger kittens in his foster home.

He’s not as needy as he was as a baby, but once he settles down he still loves his cuddles and kisses, and reassurance he’s mama’s bestest boy, right?

He’ll even use his little voice to call out when he needs you and comes running when you call him.

Sunny loves to lay on the lounge with you, or just about as good as the “large cat beds” his foster home has. He doesn’t believe the humans or the canine when they try to explain it’s supposedly a large dog bed… ha! It’s perfectly sized for Sunny to stretch out, and upside down, on. Which is a very frequent way to find him anywhere really, he’ll stretch out in the hallway lying belly up just cause he can, hips splayed and the picture perfect definition of a relaxed good boy.

And that belly isn’t a trap! He usually enjoys a good belly rub and kisses.

Sunny gets along great with all the other cats in his household, he loves to play chasey and wrestle with his friends and would like to snuggle with them if they’d let him.

But he’s also polite and good at leaving alone the grumpy one/s. He’s happily living with a large dog, though the dog would say he’s a bed hog.

Sunny would love his very own family and would bring some warm cuddly sunshine into his new home.

Tasman – Male DSH

Name: Tasman
DOB: 06/03/2023
Gender: Male
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $185
Location: Northgate
Snuggle scope: Medium level cuddles (mostly on his terms)
Cat scope: great with right introduction
Dog scope: not tested
Child scope : good with older kids that know how to use gentle hands

About:

Looking for a beautiful tuxedo?

Wanting a cat that will follow you around like a puppy?

Need a cat that will sit on his mighty cat stand and ankle tap you as you walk by?

Let me introduce Tasman, aka Tassy, for short. This beautiful boy boy is just the calmest, most loveable big (just a little chonky) cat you will ever meet.

This boy loves other cats, big and small. He loves playing with them, cuddle time with them and even cleaning them. But like everyone he also likes his own time to chill, usually in his cat tower or in the sunniest spot in the house.

He loves cuddles and pats. He may need a second to warm up to new people, but I can vouch he is the cuddliest boy and loves showing his belly for rubs. He will also follow you around and meow at you to stop and pat him as you’re walking.

He has come such a long way since being in care. From a scared cat who wouldn’t come out when people came over to a now confident boy who struts his stuff around people now. He can still be a little shy at first when meeting new people, but who isn’t.

Taz – Male DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Taz
DOB: 04/11/2020
Gender: Male
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $185
Location: Wavell Heights
Snuggle scope:  Loves to smooch
Cat scope: Currently lives with his siblings but prefers being in his own company
Dog scope: Untested
Child scope: Scared of boisterous children

About:

Taz is a striking black beauty with the most adorable curly tail—and a heart just as memorable.

Through no fault of his own, Taz’s previous adoption didn’t work out. Coming back into care was understandably confusing for him, and for a little while he needed space and patience to remember who he truly is. With time, love, and consistency, Taz has blossomed again… and now he’s completely back to his old self.

These days, Taz is a total smooch, soaking up pats and affection like a pro. He’s happiest when he has your full attention, enjoying quiet moments, gentle cuddles, and—of course—food (which is very high on his list of favourite things).

Taz currently lives with his brothers, but he would truly shine in a home where he doesn’t have to share his human. He’s looking for someone who wants a devoted companion and understands how special that bond can be.

If you’re searching for a loving, affectionate cat who will reward your kindness with endless pats, purrs, and devotion, Taz might just be your perfect match.

Toulouse – Female DMH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Toulouse
DOB:  19/09/2024
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Medium Hair
Adoption Fee: $185
Location: Logan Central
Snuggle scope: Loves snuggles on the lounge and bed
Cat scope: Great after intro
Dog scope: Good with calm/respectful dogs
Child scope: Untested, would be good with gentle hands

About:

Toulouse is a gorgeous fluffy torti that loves to know what’s going on.

She often likes to follow her carers around the house, or hang out on the lounge or bed with them, to just be near her people.

She’ll trill and purr for some pats and snuggles and will adore all the attention she can get. But she’s not overly demanding about it and is also happy to be independent and find somewhere to nap by herself (though chances are her nap spot is still in the same room as you).

Toulouse still loves to play, and besides the usual kitty zoomies with friends, she has a special trick – she loves to play fetch! She’ll drop her little mousey toy next to you and wait patiently, staring intently until you get the right idea and throw the mousey and then she’s off! Darting away to retrieve the toy and bring it back to you for another throw.

Once she’s done, she’ll drop the mousey out of your reach or just not bring it back at at all, and usually settle in for a snuggle.

Adopted as a kitten with her brother Dijon and then returned due to no fault of her own just after her first birthday, Toulouse was a little overwhelmed when first introduced to other adult cats, but settled in very well and fast into a multi cat home.

She is more of a leader type, definitely the boss of her brother, and stands up for herself when meeting new cats, but isn’t mean or a bully.

She’s not much of a fan of the excitable large dog in her foster home, but doesn’t care about it when it’s calm, so would do well with calm or respectful dogs of any size.

She’s untested with small children, but with her sweet and gentle nature would likely do well with gentle children.

Vada – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Vada
DOB: 14/11/2023
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $185
Location: Warner
Snuggle scope: Work in progress
Cat scope: Friendly
Dog scope: Untested
Child scope: Suited to older, gentle children

About:

Meet Vada, a striking, soulful beauty with the heart of a mystery novel and the social skills of a librarian during naptime.

She’s not the type to jump in your lap or follow you around purring (unless you’re holding dinner, in which case she’ll hover at a very safe distance and silently judge your plating). But underneath that cautious exterior is a curious, clever girl who’s slowly learning that humans aren’t entirely useless.

Vada is obsessed with other cats and would thrive in a home with one or more friendly feline companions who can show her the ropes and play chasey around the house. She’s incredibly playful, great at cat games, and loves to perch up high like the queen she is.

Birdwatching is her favourite pastime, and she’ll happily spend her afternoons soaking up the sights from a windowsill throne. Despite her reservations about humans, she’s a confident explorer in her safe zones and has immaculate house manners: fully litter trained, always tidy, and a low maintenance companion.

Vada is not aggressive, she’s just not ready for affection yet, and her perfect match will be someone who understands that’s ok, but is willing to slowly coax her out of her shell.

She needs a calm, predictable environment, and a family with a whole lot of patience and zero expectations of instant cuddles. This girl is a slow-burn success story in progress, and she’s not here for the short game.

But if you’re the kind of person who finds joy in the quiet presence of a cat who watches from the shadows (like a tiny, furry cryptid), Vada might just be your next great love story.

If you think you could offer Vada a forever home while she continues her journey toward trust, we’d love to hear from you. She may never be a lap cat, but she will make you feel like an animal behaviour expert when she finally decides to inch a little bit closer to you on the couch!

Child scope : Older children who are cat savvy; absolutely no bite or scratch in this boy.

About:

Victor has a big personality with a sweet, sensitive side.

He exhibits the intelligence and curiosity of an inquisitive kitty but also has a gentle, therapeutic presence of a best friend. Affectionate and enthusiastic, Victor loves to greet you and spend time by your side. He’s not a lap cat but enjoys being near you and is a loyal companion.

He can be wary of new people and may play the shy kid but we are seeing this a lot less. He is not always fond of new cats unless slow introductions are made but may adapt well to a female kitten. He is good with dogs. Victor enjoys lounging on his cushion, playing with toys, and is motivated by treats. He is a super curious boy who would love to be challenged with food puzzles, toys etc

He would love a home with access to an outdoor enclosure, a few scratching towers, and a place where he can sleep on the bed or keep you company while you work. Victor is well-behaved, loves the morning sun, and will greet you at the door. He has been a beloved member of his foster family and will bring joy to his new home.

Victory – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Victory
DOB: 14/11/2023
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $185
Location: Albany Creek
Snuggle scope: On her terms
Cat scope: Great with other cats
Dog scope: Not tested
Child scope: Suited to older, gentle children
Vet work: Completed

About:

Victory came into care at only a few weeks old. She hadn’t been socialised with humans and wasn’t trusting at all.

Full of hisses and scratches she despised being anywhere near people, and running for a place to hide was her first instinct. It has taken her carer six months to win her over, but now she loves pets and headbutts when on her terms.

When her carer prepares her meals she rubs against her legs giving her a little high pitched noise to say ‘I’m ready for dinner’. On the lounge she will approach to say hello and get a quick pet, and the bed is her safe space. When her carer is sitting or lying down she is most brave, and she will cuddle up next to her and accept pets and cuddles. Sometimes even headbutts while her little tail is wagging!

Victory is very playful, she loves toys and even catching bugs. She is fully litter trained and she’s never made a mistake. Victory is very social with other cats, while she is used to people in a home she would do best in a quiet home with adults or older children. She is still quite shy and it will take time to win her over, but when you do the reward is great!

She’s a perfect mix of independent and social, happy to lounge on her own but also enjoying the company of the resident cats. Her playful, inquisitive nature is still there, but she’s also developed a relaxed, chilled-out side.

Whyte – Male DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Whyte
DOB: 02/07/23
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Gender: Male
Adoption fee: $185
Location: Ferny Hills
Snuggle Scope: Timid initially then snuggly on his own terms; loves pats, rolls for tummy rubs and enjoys the occasional mushy cuddle. Not a fan of being picked up.
Cat Scope: Absolutely thrives with other cats – would do best in a home with a feline friend
Dog Scope: Unknown
Child Scope: Unknown, likely best with older children
Medical Note: Whyte had all his teeth removed young due to severe stomatitis. This has done nothing to dim his love of food and he eats everything with great enthusiasm, if not with style

About:

Gloriously Gangly Ginger Larrikin

Whyte (known around the house as Biggles or Boofycat, because let’s be honest — “Whyte” is far too serious a name for such a daft ginger mog) is a gloriously gangly ginger gentleman with a gummy grin that could brighten even the dullest day.

He’s playful, more playful than people expect, and the very definition of a loveable larrikin. One minute he’s doing a Formula One sprint down the hallway, legs going in ten directions at once… and the next he’s diving into a tunnel at warp speed, only to pop out the other end looking ridiculously pleased with himself.

The Whyte Experience™ includes:

🏎 Larrikin Lap-Sprints
Whyte runs like the wind — fast, dramatic and ever-so-slightly uncoordinated, which only adds to the charm.

🎪 Tunnel Acrobat Extraordinaire
He lives for tunnels. Long tunnels, short tunnels, crinkly tunnels, tunnels that weren’t meant to be tunnels… If it can be zoomed through, he’s in it.

🤝 Social Butterfly (But Only With Cats)
Whyte absolutely adores other cats. He welcomed a visiting cat within minutes and has been happily playing, chasing and curling up with resident cats ever since. He is unquestionably at his happiest when he has a feline friend — so a home with another friendly cat is a must for his wellbeing.

📦 Professional Hider of Long Cats
He has a gift for tucking his very long ginger self into very small spaces: cupboards, boxes, cat tower cubbies, and any bag foolishly left open.

🧡 Devoted Companion — Once You Pass His Criteria
Whyte is shy with new people, preferring to observe quietly before making his move. But give him time — weeks, not days — and suddenly you’ve earned yourself a goofy, affectionate, melt-your-heart companion who trusts you completely.

He’ll gum you gently to show his love (don’t worry — it’s cute, not weird), offer safe belly rubs, and stretch his long lanky body beside you with total contentment.

Whyte is the perfect match for someone who appreciates a quirky, funny, wholeheartedly affectionate cat who blooms with patience and who absolutely needs another feline friend to thrive.

If you’re looking for a gentle ginger goofball to bring joy, laughter and very long legs into your home, Whyte is your boy.

Winnie – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Winnie
DOB: 03/10/2023
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $185
Location: Alexandra Hills
Snuggle scope: Loves a cuddle
Cat scope: Good with other cats
Dog scope: Untested
Child scope: Untested
Medical Note : Winnie was diagnosed with Pectus Excavatum, a condition that may also be called flat-chested syndrome in kittens or funnel chest. Winnie underwent corrective surgery and has made a full recovery.

About:

Winnie is a unique little soul with a big personality.

While she’s not the clingy type, she does enjoy affection—on her own terms. If you’re lucky, she’ll roll over and request a belly rub (yes, really!). But once she’s had enough, she’ll quietly wander off to do her own thing.

She loves curling up on your bed or finding a sunny spot for a nap. Winnie gets along well with her foster cat siblings and would be happy in a home with other friendly cats.

Winnie hasn’t been tested with young children, but given her independent streak, she’d be best suited to a home with older kids or adults who understand that sometimes a cat just wants her space.

If you’re looking for a low-maintenance companion who will come to you when she’s ready and bring a calm, comforting presence to your home, Winnie might just be your girl.
