Puddles – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Puddles
DOB : 02/03/2025
Gender : Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
To Adopt : $200
Location: Acacia Ridge
Snuggle scope: I want to be near you, but not on you. Touching in bed is a must.
Cat scope:  I have been through so much in my short life already, I think I would prefer to be an only cat.
Dog scope: I am tolerating my foster sibling, but if I get an opportunity without dogs… I would be ecstatic
Child scope : 16+
Medical note : Puddles has the cat flu. This is sometimes sparked by times of stress or yearly vaccinations, but otherwise dormant & causes no additional health issues.

About:

Hi! My name is Puddles, and as you can see, I’m quite a stunning girl 💕

I’ve had a big start to life. I’ve lovingly raised three beautiful kittens, and because of everything I’ve been through, I’m a little more mature than most cats my age.

At the moment, I prefer to be the only cat in the home, as I’m still learning to relax around other felines. That said, I’m slowly getting used to my dog foster sibling—we have the occasional disagreement, but I know she won’t hurt me, and we’re making great progress together.

I’m a laid-back, gentle soul who enjoys peace, comfort, and cuddles over chaos and constant play. I would be perfectly suited to someone who’s possibly retired or living a quieter lifestyle, and who’s looking for a calm, affectionate companion rather than a busy kitten.

If you’re searching for a long-term cuddle companion with a heart full of love, I might just be the girl for you.

Please consider giving Puddles a forever home 🐾💖

Raditz – Female DLH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Raditz
DOB: 02/09/2022
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Long Hair
Adoption Fee: $200
Location: Caboolture
Snuggle scope: Affectionate on her own terms. Raditz enjoys closeness, pats, and shared space, but chooses when and how — think “next to you” rather than “on you,” with occasional bursts of floofy affection
Cat scope: Tolerates other cats who respect boundaries; she prefers calm, independent companions and her own space.
Dog scope: Fine with well-mannered, non-intrusive dogs.
Child scope: Best with quiet, cat-savvy older children. Avoids toddlers and high-energy little ones.

About:

✨ Meet Raditz – Mega Floof, Mastermind & Quiet Companion ✨

Raditz is a glorious mega-floof with brains to match her beauty. Energetic, intelligent, and wonderfully nimble, she’s a true sticky-beak who loves to observe everything happening around her. She enjoys being involved in your day — quietly supervising, playing with interactive toys, or challenging her clever mind with puzzle feeders.

While Raditz can tolerate other cats and dogs, she prefers they leave her to her own space. She isn’t a social butterfly with her animal housemates, but she won’t fight — she just ignores them while she goes about her business.

💛 Her happy place
Raditz thrives in a calm, low-noise home. She is happiest when life isn’t chaotic, with plenty of quiet corners to retreat to when she wants some peace. She does best away from the unpredictability and hustle that children often bring, and would shine in a home where she can relax and feel safe.

💛 One-on-one time is magic
She absolutely shines during one-on-one time. Raditz is playful, clever, and loves enrichment activities that keep her mind engaged. Interactive toys, puzzle feeders, and human attention are her happy place. She’ll happily follow you from room to room, supervising your day with quiet curiosity.

She adores novelty so may be well suited to outdoor harness training.

💛 A note on sensitivity
Raditz has experienced a few stressful moments in her life — once after returning from another foster home, and once during a time when another cat in her home was unwell and disruptive. In both cases, she temporarily toileted outside the tray due to insecurity, not habit.

With patience, a quiet space, and gentle reintroduction, she quickly settled and returned to her relaxed, belly-up, blissed-out self.

If you’re looking for a clever, affectionate companion who will reward patience with trust, loyalty, and quiet companionship, Raditz could be your perfect match.

Raquelle – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Raquelle
DOB: 31/10/24 Born on Halloween!
Gender: Female
Breed: DSH
Adoption Fee: $200
Location: Capalaba
Snuggle scope: Not snuggly but will obsess over you
Cat scope: Prefers not, but may adapt with time
Dog scope: With time perhaps – prepare for your dog to be chased
Child scope: Cat savvy kids only; recommend 12+

About:

Wanted: Slightly unhinged family and home that cares deeply for its pets and wishes to add the slightly neurotic but surprisingly affectionate cat to their home.

Raquelle often despises being touched but loves to be with you. She often is offended by you picking her up but will make an effort to sleep next to you.

Her eyes are typically wide and intense indicating that she is hunting a small, defenceless creature probably just how she views people…

Born and raised in foster care Raquelle has only ever known love and devotion. But somewhere in her development we suspect a few wires got crossed and simply put, she’s a little nuts.

What she’s not:
  • Unpredictable
  • Destructive
  • Wild
  • Timid

  • Suitable for small children

What she is:
  • Confident and quirky

  • Playful with teeth and claws
  • Doesn’t suffer fools or imbeciles
  • Dog and cat friendly with respectful boundaries
  • Good for teenagers to teach them boundaries and to fear the underworld

Despite the no go zone on the public displays of affection Raquelle will accept nose boops, quick pats and likes to make biscuits with her tongue poking out. Loves to watch whatever you’re doing, be wherever you are and basically be a great housemate.

So come say Hi if you have a decent sense of humour, an open mind and have always thought that catching a wild monkey and taking it home would be a cool thing to do…

We think adopting her would probably be a similar experience… Loved and adored in foster care.

Raya – The Gentle Panther Queen

Raya is a breathtaking pantheress with luminous, expressive eyes and a beautifully chilled, regal presence. She arrived at the vet clinic with her tiny son, Loki, and from the moment they stepped through the door, her devotion as a mum was unmistakable. She watched over him with quiet confidence, taught him good manners, matched his playful bursts, and guided him through the world with patience and love. Loki has found his home – now it is Rayas turn.

Affectionate and social, Raya loves spending time with her foster family. She’s perfectly happy being scooped up for cuddles and will gladly curl up beside you on the couch, bringing a soft, calming energy to the home. She settles easily and has that rare, grounding presence that makes any room feel more peaceful.

But don’t let her relaxed nature fool you — Raya has a fun, spirited side too. She’s a big fan of tunnel adventures, wand‑toy chases, and the occasional burst of zoomies. Her enthusiasm only adds to her charm.

And when it comes to food… well, Raya might secretly be part labrador. She loves her meals and is never shy about hoping you might want to share yours. Her hopeful little glances are impossible not to smile at.

Raya is the perfect blend of elegance, affection, and playful spirit – if you have room In your heart for a young mumma cat who has raised her only baby and now just wants a loving home.

Steffi – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Steffi
DOB: 08/04/2025
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $200
Location: Warner
Snuggle scope: Loves couch snuggles but prefers not to be picked up.
Cat scope:  Gets along well with other cats and would enjoy a feline companion
Dog scope: Untested
Child scope: Great with children

About:

Steffi is a sweet, social girl who loves being part of whatever her people are doing.

Washing the dishes? Making the bed? Walking from room to room? Steffi will happily be right there with you, supervising and making sure she doesn’t miss out on the action.

She’s also the type of cat who will greet you at the door when you arrive home, ready to say hello and see what adventures the day might bring.

Food is definitely one of Steffi’s great joys in life. Chicken, wet food, biccies — she loves it all and is always very enthusiastic when dinner time rolls around.

Like many young cats, Steffi has plenty of playful energy. She’s famous in her foster home for her impressive “parkour” zoomies, racing around the house in joyful bursts before eventually crashing out for a well-earned nap somewhere comfy.

Her favourite toys are anything she can chase — especially balls with bells in them — along with climbing the cat tree and batting at anything that swings within reach. You’ll often catch her doing the occasional playful roly-poly while she’s in the middle of a game.

When it’s time to relax, Steffi enjoys curling up beside you on the couch for a cosy snuggle. She prefers keeping all four paws on the ground though, so she’s not a big fan of being picked up. Sitting next to you and sharing quiet company is much more her style.

Steffi currently lives with other cats and gets along well with them, while also understanding when they’d like a little personal space. Because of this, we think she would really enjoy having a friendly cat companion in her forever home. She’s also comfortable around children.

Steffi is a playful, affectionate and entertaining young cat who has come such a long way from her early days. Now she’s simply looking for a home where she can keep being part of the family — supervising chores, chasing toys, and curling up beside her people at the end of the day.

Sunny – Male DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Sunny
DOB: 29/03/2024
Gender: Male
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $200
Location: Carindale
Snuggle scope: Very snuggly
Cat scope: Great
Dog scope: Good
Child scope: Good
Vet work: Complete
Medical note: Sunny had an eye ulcer caused by cat flu. There is a possibility that an ulcer could reoccur during a flu flare up when stressed, which may require a course of antivirals and eye drops to manage. The vet also noticed he had a very small incipient cataract in his right eye, which doesn’t require treatment yet, but will need a yearly recheck (September).

About:

Meet Sunny, with a bright and friendly personality to match his name!

His gorgeous amber eyes will zero in on you as he searches for his snuggles, but he doesn’t rely on his ‘kitten cat’ eyes to melt your heart, he’ll go straight for the head butt and snuggle in.

Hard to believe, but Sunny was once a shy mummy’s boy, until one day he realised people could also provide him with cuddles and attention – he quickly decided this was the best thing ever.

He can sometimes still be a little head shy with strangers, but booty scratches usually help him warm up to you. But he is an absolute sticky beak and needs to see what’s going on when there’s visitors in his home, and usually ends up hanging around to observe even if the people aren’t there for him.

He’s an awesome ‘puppy cat’ and knows his name and will come trotting up when called and give you a little trill as if to say ‘I heard my name?’

He loves to bounce and run around playing and wrestling with his friends, and is known in his foster home for his “speedy boy” moments – the zoomies he usually gets around meal times where he will dart in and out of the room, sometimes with the cutest sound effect.

He makes friends pretty easily with similar aged friendly cats and also the younger kittens in his foster home.

He’s not as needy as he was as a baby, but once he settles down he still loves his cuddles and kisses, and reassurance he’s mama’s bestest boy, right?

He’ll even use his little voice to call out when he needs you and comes running when you call him.

Sunny loves to lay on the lounge with you, or just about as good as the “large cat beds” his foster home has. He doesn’t believe the humans or the canine when they try to explain it’s supposedly a large dog bed… ha! It’s perfectly sized for Sunny to stretch out, and upside down, on. Which is a very frequent way to find him anywhere really, he’ll stretch out in the hallway lying belly up just cause he can, hips splayed and the picture perfect definition of a relaxed good boy.

And that belly isn’t a trap! He usually enjoys a good belly rub and kisses.

Sunny gets along great with all the other cats in his household, he loves to play chasey and wrestle with his friends and would like to snuggle with them if they’d let him.

But he’s also polite and good at leaving alone the grumpy one/s. He’s happily living with a large dog, though the dog would say he’s a bed hog.

Sunny would love his very own family and would bring some warm cuddly sunshine into his new home.

Tasman – Male DSH

Name: Tasman
DOB: 06/03/2023
Gender: Male
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $200
Location: Northgate
Snuggle scope: Medium level cuddles (mostly on his terms)
Cat scope: great with right introduction
Dog scope: not tested
Child scope : good with older kids that know how to use gentle hands

About:

Looking for a beautiful tuxedo?

Wanting a cat that will follow you around like a puppy?

Need a cat that will sit on his mighty cat stand and ankle tap you as you walk by?

Let me introduce Tasman, aka Tassy, for short. This beautiful boy boy is just the calmest, most loveable big (just a little chonky) cat you will ever meet.

This boy loves other cats, big and small. He loves playing with them, cuddle time with them and even cleaning them. But like everyone he also likes his own time to chill, usually in his cat tower or in the sunniest spot in the house.

He loves cuddles and pats. He may need a second to warm up to new people, but I can vouch he is the cuddliest boy and loves showing his belly for rubs. He will also follow you around and meow at you to stop and pat him as you’re walking.

He has come such a long way since being in care. From a scared cat who wouldn’t come out when people came over to a now confident boy who struts his stuff around people now. He can still be a little shy at first when meeting new people, but who isn’t.

Taz – Male DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Taz
DOB: 04/11/2020
Gender: Male
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $200
Location: Wavell Heights
Snuggle scope:  Loves to smooch
Cat scope: Currently lives with his siblings but prefers being in his own company
Dog scope: Untested
Child scope: Scared of boisterous children

About:

Taz is a striking black beauty with the most adorable curly tail—and a heart just as memorable.

Through no fault of his own, Taz’s previous adoption didn’t work out. Coming back into care was understandably confusing for him, and for a little while he needed space and patience to remember who he truly is. With time, love, and consistency, Taz has blossomed again… and now he’s completely back to his old self.

These days, Taz is a total smooch, soaking up pats and affection like a pro. He’s happiest when he has your full attention, enjoying quiet moments, gentle cuddles, and—of course—food (which is very high on his list of favourite things).

Taz currently lives with his brothers, but he would truly shine in a home where he doesn’t have to share his human. He’s looking for someone who wants a devoted companion and understands how special that bond can be.

If you’re searching for a loving, affectionate cat who will reward your kindness with endless pats, purrs, and devotion, Taz might just be your perfect match.

While he’s not quite a lap cat yet, he’ll happily curl up beside you and, every now and then, will even climb onto your lap for a cuddle. He especially loves his morning kisses and will be there to start your day with affection.

Travis truly is a little sweetheart.

Vada – Female DLH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Vada
DOB: 14/11/2023
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Long Hair
Adoption Fee: $200
Location: North Lakes
Snuggle scope: Work in progress
Cat scope: Friendly
Dog scope: Untested
Child scope: Suited to older, gentle children

About:

Meet Vada, a strikingly beautiful and thoughtful girl with long, elegant whiskers and big, round eyes that reflect her quiet, introspective charm.

She prefers to take her time getting to know the world and the people in it, moving at her own pace.

She’s still early in her journey of learning to feel safe and comfortable in a home environment. Vada isn’t yet seeking human affection and will keep her distance. While she has made steady progress, Vada is a very slow-burn cat – it took her several months just to feel confident enough to regularly leave her safe room and explore the house. Her future adopter will need to genuinely appreciate and respect that pace, without expectations of quick bonding or physical affection.

She is calm, gentle, curious, and quietly clever. She spends much of her time watching, learning, and building confidence on her own terms. Food is one of her joys – she’s enthusiastic at mealtimes, loves a tasty treat, and appreciates good food without being fussy.

Vada shows interest in other cats and, with slow introductions, would likely thrive in a home with a confident, friendly feline companion who can help show her the ropes. She’s very playful, enjoys toys and cat games, and loves perching up high. Birdwatching is her favourite pastime, and she’ll happily spend her afternoons soaking up the sights from a windowsill cat tree.

Despite her reservations around humans, she has impeccable house manners: fully litter trained, tidy, and a very quiet, low-maintenance presence in the home. She’s not aggressive, just unsure. She needs a calm, predictable environment and a person with a great deal of patience, who can allow her to progress at her own pace and without expectations of affection on a human timeline. Her experience with dogs and children is unknown, so introductions would need to be careful and gradual.

Vada is a slow-burn success story in progress. She may never be a lap cat, but for the right person, helping her grow in confidence and watching her personality slowly emerge will be deeply rewarding. If you appreciate the quiet companionship of a cat who observes from the shadows and connects on her own terms, Vada may be the perfect match.

Cat scope: Best suited to be the only cat

Victor has a big personality with a sweet, sensitive side.

Victory – Female DSH

Adoption Profile:

Name: Victory
DOB: 14/11/2023
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Adoption Fee: $200
Location: Albany Creek
Snuggle scope: On her terms
Cat scope: Great with other cats
Dog scope: Not tested
Child scope: Suited to older, gentle children
Vet work: Completed

About:

Victory came into care at only a few weeks old. She hadn’t been socialised with humans and wasn’t trusting at all.

Full of hisses and scratches she despised being anywhere near people, and running for a place to hide was her first instinct. It has taken her carer six months to win her over, but now she loves pets and headbutts when on her terms.

When her carer prepares her meals she rubs against her legs giving her a little high pitched noise to say ‘I’m ready for dinner’. On the lounge she will approach to say hello and get a quick pet, and the bed is her safe space. When her carer is sitting or lying down she is most brave, and she will cuddle up next to her and accept pets and cuddles. Sometimes even headbutts while her little tail is wagging!

Victory is very playful, she loves toys and even catching bugs. She is fully litter trained and she’s never made a mistake. Victory is very social with other cats, while she is used to people in a home she would do best in a quiet home with adults or older children. She is still quite shy and it will take time to win her over, but when you do the reward is great!

Location: Hemmant
Snuggle scope: Loves a cuddle
Cat scope: Good with other cats

Winnie is a unique little soul with a big personality.

While she’s not the clingy type, she does enjoy affection—on her own terms. If you’re lucky, she’ll roll over and request a belly rub (yes, really!). But once she’s had enough, she’ll quietly wander off to do her own thing.

She loves curling up on your bed or finding a sunny spot for a nap. Winnie gets along well with her foster cat siblings and would be happy in a home with other friendly cats.
