Amberley is a sweet, independent and curious young cat who can come across as a little cautious at first but once she feels safe, absolutely loves to play and interact.

She enjoys hide and seek, chasey and LOVES diving into a tunnel or across the rug after a toy. She is still learning that hands and fingers aren’t toys and that patting doesn’t have to turn into a crazy game, but she is getting there!

Oh Birdie, what an amazing little cat you are!

Birdie came from a pretty heart breaking situation, but despite that fact, this little lady is a tiny little package full of love and mischief!

She loves people, and will happily soak in all the love and attention that she receives!

She is an active little girl and loves to run around and place, and when you are walking she will weave herself through your legs, just to let you know that she is there.

Birdie loves other cats of all sizes, loves people, and wrestles with the puppy in her foster home. She hasn’t met children yet, but she would be amazing with kids who have energy and will be happy to play with her.

As per her medical note, Birdie has an issue with her knee – the vet wasn’t sure if this was a birth defect or an injury, but it has been determined that surgery is not required. She will always walk with a limp, but don’t you worry, this does not slow this girl down!

Birdie would do well in a home with either someone to play with – either kids, cats or dogs (she’s not that fussy). She is just full of personality and will always bring a smile to your face.

Boots came into care with his sister, both as unsocialised kittens, so was a complete scaredy. Since that time, he has made tremendous progress and now loves bedtime scratches, pats and cuddles from his carer. He is a handsome young man with striking stripes (almost like a cross between a tiger & zebra). He absolutely adores his foster carer’s other cats and being around them seems to help build his trust of humans so he would love a home with a calm, gentle feline to help his confidence. He is still quite skittish with strangers and gets scared if they approach him; he prefers to be given space to get to know and trust new humans and to approach them when he feels safe. His carer has been working on building his confidence with new people, and he improves every day. She adores her brother and foster carer’s other cats, and being around them seems to help build her trust of humans so she would love a calm friendly feline in her new home. When her fur siblings sit next to their carer, Bubbles has gotten more confident to be near them and even joining them. While she isn’t generally food-motivated, she will sometimes eat treats from her carer’s hand. She is still adjusting to life with people, but every day of human love takes her another step in the right direction. Carter has turned into a gorgeous, affectionate kitty after difficult start to life.

He had been living rough and came into care with cat flu. Due to terrible conjunctivitis, he couldn’t see at all, so was terrified of anything noisy. Since his eyes have been treated and he can now see, he has come ahead in leaps and bounds in confidence and affection.

Loud noise & new people still scare him initially, but once he gets to know you, he is a complete snuggle monster. He loves pats, sitting on your lap and putting his chin on your shoulder.

He vocalises to let you know that he wants attention, cuddles and food. He is also very attentive, making direct eye contact with his beautiful big green eyes to get your attention. His tabby coat is now so shiny and healthy and he has the cutest little pointy black tips on his ears.

He equally loves cats – all cats – and just wants to play with them so much!

With some patience and love, this little guy will continue to grow in confidence and will be a perfect, adoring companion. He has so much love to give to his human/s and equally to other furry friends and he completely deserves it.

Medical Notes: Caulifla has what is known as an innocent, non-clinical heart murmur. She has been assessed by a heart specialist and they don’t believe it will have any impact on her quality of life.

About:

Caulifla is very loved in our home, a sweet, quiet girl with a kittenish energy. She is very easy going, but can be a bit bored if she doesn’t get enough attention each day. She’s a little chatty, she often let’s us know if she’s found a toy or interesting item, and sweeps in for cuddles and pats with a chirp.

Caulifla is an excellent foster mum to all other cats and kittens, she loves to clean and snuggle them. Before desexing, Caulifla showed signs of distress due to the presence of entire males in the neighbourhood, since desexing she has been a model cat, ignoring the visits of the neighbourhood cats and preferring to relax in her cat tree rather than engage with activities of outdoor cats.

Caulifla has been often overlooked due to an innocent heart murmur but this should not affect either her longevity or her playfulness.

Cecilia is a beautiful 9 year old girl that was surrendered to us after being diagnosed with diabetes.

Her diabetes is now stabilised, and she needs insulin via injection 2 times per day (12 hours apart). This might sound off putting, but CC is so sweet and placid, and sits nicely while you inject her, and she doesn’t even flinch (and the needle is really small so super easy).

She is currently living in a multi cat household. When she first arrived she hid most of the day for several weeks while she adjusted, but now she is happily out in the open joying laying in sunny spots around the house.

She is fine with other cats, but prefers it if they give her her own space.

She’s a sweet girl that likes to bury into snuggly blankets to feel cosy and secure.

She’s a friendly girl that enjoys a nice pat, and when you are patting her, she raises her butt in the air so she can get a good scratch at the base of her tail.

came into care with her brother and at first she was the more timid of the two, scared of everything.

Fast forward six months and her brother being adopted, and this little lady came right out of her shell, zoomed across the loungeroom and declared ‘I’M HERE!!’. Cecilie has the most gorgeous personality. A glorious mix between being the first to meet you at the door when you come home after work, flopping on the floor wanting belly rubs, purring her heart out and giving you kisses to wake you in the morning, and zooming around the house like a complete lunatic. She likes to recharge with snoozes on her blankie on the couch and flopping beside her carer to watch tv. Then when she’s at full battery she’s off on her next adventure, chasing the foster kittens and their adopted big brothers and making her own fun in her favourite toy – the Kmart cat tunnel. Cecilie might be a little loose but never nasty. There’s nothing but love behind those stunning orange and green eyes, although with a solid dash of the crazy. But we love that in a cat! Cecilie took a little while to warm to her new kitten younger siblings but they’re now the best of friends. She’s still a little fearful of humans other than her carer which is at odds with her otherwise boisterous personality – but she’s definitely making wonderful progress and now peeks around the corner to see who’s come for a visit.

Chandler is a big, gorgeous tabby and white boy, with a huge personality!

He loves nothing better than strutting around with his toy fish, mouse or ball in his mouth, before entering into a game of chase with his foster siblings.

He loves climbing to the top of his towers, and his favourite spot to sleep is sprawled on the window sill watching the world go by, and catching the breeze.

He is a little shy with strangers, but very confident in his own environment and plays well with the other cats, kittens and dogs in the house.

He is not a fan of being picked up, but will quickly settle next to his human on the couch or bed and willingly accept pats, chin scratches and cuddles for as long as you would like to give them.

Clary came to me petrified as had no human interaction. With time and patience she will now come to me and accept treats and pats. When she has had enough she will either run away or swat you but without claws. She loves to sleep on the bed with me. She loves to snuggle right next to me and will rub herself all over me.
