Ashley is a gorgeous solid grey girl who’s independent, silly, and loves pats. She gets along well with other cats but would do great as a solo cat as well.

Ashley spends most of her days cuddled up on her fluffy blanket, which she loves more than any cat bed. She can often be found rubbing up against your shoes or rolling around in your dirty laundry, too. She’ll show her love and trust for you by flopping somewhere near you (often by your feet), which she does all the time. Sometimes she likes to sit in an empty room and sing the song of her people – I still have no clue why she does it, but it’s adorable to hear!

When you walk into the room Ashley is in, she’ll immediately get up and meow at you excitedly for pats. She has a super cute meow that sounds similar to a squeaky toy. She loves being stroked down her back, the base of her tail and around her neck. Ashley will shyly let you stroke her back a few times, then happily flop onto the ground to get a proper petting while she purrs up a storm. If you try to leave before she’s ready she’ll run after you and give you a gentle bap on the ankle to tell you “hey, I’m not done being patted yet!”

Ashley came into care as a stray who was terrified of humans. She’s finally learnt humans are pretty great, but she’s still quite shy and isn’t a cuddly lap cat. It’ll take time to get her to fully open up to new people. So while she loves pats and attention, she’d like a family who can be patient with her and understand her body language to ensure mutual happiness.

Sweet little Bellatrix was handed into a vet clinic with a major injury to her tail which required amputation. She recovered from surgery and bounced back like a champ, and now just looks like a little manx kitty.

Bellatrix is a beautiful calico girl with a gorgeous nature. Despite the extent of her injury and how painful it must have been, this sweetheart never lost her faith in humans and purred and smooched her way through the whole ordeal. Now that she’s feeling 100%, she is loving life as a much loved kitten. She has foster siblings who she loves to play with,, and she’s pretty chill with the resident dog as well.

Bellatrix loves to sit on her humans, and at the end of the day when her humans are settled on the couch for TV time, she will be sitting on the knee or chest of nana.

Boots came into care with his sister, both as unsocialised kittens, so was a complete scaredy. Since that time, he has made tremendous progress and now loves bedtime scratches, pats and cuddles from his carer. He is a handsome young man with striking stripes (almost like a cross between a tiger & zebra). He absolutely adores his foster carer’s other cats and being around them seems to help build his trust of humans so he would love a home with a calm, gentle feline to help his confidence. He is still quite skittish with strangers and gets scared if they approach him; he prefers to be given space to get to know and trust new humans and to approach them when he feels safe. His carer has been working on building his confidence with new people, and he improves every day. Bubbles came into care with her brother, both as unsocialised kittens, and was completely terrified of humans. While she has made great progress since that time, she remains very skittish and untrusting of humans and likes to watch from a safe distance. She adores her brother and foster carer’s other cats, and being around them seems to help build her trust of humans so she would love a calm friendly feline in her new home. When her fur siblings sit next to their carer, Bubbles has gotten more confident to be near them and even joining them. While she isn’t generally food-motivated, she will sometimes eat treats from her carer’s hand. She is still adjusting to life with people, but every day of human love takes her another step in the right direction. We would love to help this beautiful young lady find a forever home with someone that can give her the patience and space to continue to build her confidence and trust with humans over time. Hi there. My name is Buffy. When I was brought into care I had my tiny babies with me. Now that they have grown up and flown the coop, I’m ready to find my forever home.
